Petunion is the public forum (in Chinese) that SSAPA manages to allow animal lovers to exchange rescue and animal welfare information. SSAPA strives to build the communication bridge between the masses of animal-lovers and the related government departments. We seek to improve the general public’s awareness of animal protection and welfare, to learn about animals, learn to respect them, be kind to them, improve the living conditions of companion animals, and to work with the local government to promote the concepts of responsible pet ownership, which includes abiding to the law for both animal lovers and non-lovers, to promote a more tolerant and harmonized society.
